Structured Training Sessions



Our very own Mr Motivator, Dave Hartwell is going to be running his very popular structured training sessions again during the winter months. They are designed to build speed endurnace and will be held on the Sycamore Road estate, better known as the warm up loop. The format will be to have them on both Monday and Wednesday evenings every 3-4 weeks depending on Dave’s availability.  He will use three pre-measured loops to train around, short (483m), medium (738m) and long (882m) so the sessions can be varied and interesting.

The schedule for March is as follows:

*All sessions will begin with a brisk 10 minute warm up and a few stretches to prepare.

For anyone not wishing to take part in the structured training sessions, there will be the option of running the normal Winter Routes around Thame.
